Future of Work–Society Research Collaboration with Aapti Institute

This ongoing collaboration with Aapti Institute examines how generative AI is reshaping higher education, work, and broader society. One strand focuses on the future of education, with assessment emerging as a central challenge in a co-intelligence world where human and machine capabilities are intertwined.

The project investigates global adoption patterns, evolving roles of students and faculty, and the disruption of traditional assessment methods. It aims to develop evidence-based, policy-ready models for credible, fair, and future-oriented assessment that preserve trust, rigour, and equity. A second strand explores how AI and co-intelligence are changing work, learning, decision-making, identity, trust, and governance, with the goal of identifying pathways and principles that steer AI toward human flourishing.
