Co-Creating the Future With AI: A Guide to Reinventing Value, Innovation, and Collaboration in Organizations is a book by Venkat Ramaswamy, Kerimcan Ozcan, and Krishnan Narayanan. It presents a systems-level theory of co-intelligence, positioning learning—not automation—as the central organising principle of next-generation AI-enabled enterprises and societal infrastructures.

The book introduces the COIN systems architecture and the concept of tokenized dynamic intelligences, describing how relational learning loops between humans, AI systems, organisations, and ecosystems can reshape decision-making, innovation, personalisation, and governance. Drawing on case studies from global enterprises and emerging digital public infrastructures, it offers pathways for organisations to co-create a symbiotic and sustainable future.

At the core is the six-layer COIN Systems Architecture, which specifies how learning propagates across enterprises and ecosystems. Learning is made explicit through Tokenized Dynamic Intelligences (TDIs)—relations-in-motion generated in interaction. TDIs allow organizations and digital public infrastructures to treat adaptation, safety, and inclusion as learning problems.
